Job Summary:

We are looking for a retired groomer or someone who has grooming experience.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and provide administrative support across the organization.

Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Maintain a tidy reception area
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about services

Experience:
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
- Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette
- Ability to manage calendars effectively
